We provide clients with two claim settlements: paying upfront, reimburse later, referred to as "reimbursement", and direct billing between network service provider and medical institutions, without asking clients to pay for the fee upfront, referred to as "direct billing"
If client uses reimbursement, the client needs to pay the medical expenses upfront, collect medical records, bill details and payment statement, and submit them to the insurer for approval and get claim pavment.
If client uses direct billing, the insurer will entrust the medical network service provider to handle the bill directly with the hospital, and the client only needs to present the insurance certificate to the medical institution.

Great Care Maternity Insurance provides all clients with the direct claim settlement services provided by United Healthcare, the largest medical network in the United States, at no additional costs. As long as the medical behaviour occurs in the United Healthcare network, direct billing service can be enjoyed. If the medical behaviour occurs out of the United Healthcare network, client can make reimbursement.
